cover the possibility of applicante for registration holding Australian qualifications. I would connexion/mention that the holders of Indian qualifications are permitted to practise in Ceylon and that I recently informed the High Commissioner for the Federated Malay States that I considered that graduates of Bengal, Madras, Bombay, Punjab and Bihar Veterinary Colleges might properly be recognised as qualified to practise as Veterinary Surgeons in Malaya as I was advised by the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons that, having regard to the circumstances prevailing in Malaya, they saw no objection to such a proposal.

FURTHER ACTION.

deprive such persons of their livelihood.

this connection to the provisions of
